I bought Carlton Sheets course a few years back and spent about a week trying to figure out on how to make it work for me. Needless to say I wasn’t satisfied with what Carlton Sheets had to offer me. First of all, in order to make Carlton Sheets’ system work I had to research the court house documents and then ended up driving through neighborhoods looking for real estate which in the end usually brought me to only run down trailers or housing that not even a dog would want to live in. It took tons of time in researching courthouse documents, real estate magazines, newspapers and talking to banks and realty agents.
I am a very busy person to begin with and found it hard and difficult to find time out of my day to do all the research needed for his courses. Even if I did have that much time available I don’t think that I would want to spend it buried in research most of the day and can think of plenty of other ways to make an easier income!
I’m sure that Carlton Sheets course would probably work for those who were dedicated enough in that type of boring research day after day, but no one likes to slave that hard for anything especially when there are easier ways to go about it! I can think of five ways to make plenty of money in at least half the time it took me using his system.
Another thing to think of while trying to use Carlton Sheets program was that there were tons of competition out there with the thousands of students he was enrolling every day through his television programs. So even if I did get to a good piece of property I always ended up having to compete for it. Carlton Sheets has been selling this course for years now which in turn leads to tons of other students driving around all day looking for the same properties as you.
In my opinion, you would have to really love the world of real estate to a point the point of obsession to really be able to make any real money with Carlton Sheets system. To me it would be a lot like nursing school which we had to eat, sleep, and breathe nursing to be able to graduate. The same would be in making his plan work I’m afraid. So this plan is definitely not for me and I can’t recommend any of Carlton Sheets courses!
